Limited Lifetime NO HASSLE Warranty Terms & Conditions
PENDA CORPORATION warrants the listed truck accessories to the original retail purchaser against defects in material and workmanship when used on light trucks under normal operating conditions. As of the date of purchase, the duration of the individual warranties is as follows.
This warranty does not apply to Penda truck accessories that have been modified, improperly applied or installed, or installed on vehicles used for commercial purposes. In addition, this warranty does not apply to damage as a result of an accident, misuse and/or unreasonable use. PENDA BEDLINERS: rust or damage that may result from the movement of the bedliner in and against the truck bed is not covered under this warranty.
Penda Corporation offers three ways to activate your Limited Lifetime NO HASSLE product warranty:
Penda's obligation under this warranty is limited to the cost of repairing/replacing the defective truck accessory in accordance with this warranty. Cost of removal and installation are not included. To make a claim under this warranty, return the defective unit to the dealer from which it was purchased with your warranty authorization number and exchange under this warranty. If you are unable to return to the dealer of purchase, you may go to any Penda dealer. For information on the nearest Penda dealer, call 1-800-22PENDA or contact Penda customer service at 1-866-PENDA-99.
