We employ a stage-gate decision process to develop premier solutions for our customers.
Identification
The first step is about identifying the project, understanding the customer need, the current solution they are using, and its potential shortfalls. The key in this step is to listen, listen, listen.Validation
This step starts with brainstorming potential solutions, creating concepts, and exploring different technologies, materials, and designs. Then we validate the potential solutions, finally determining which option will work best.Development
Having selected the right solution and validated it, we begin development of materials, process, design and engineering, and prototyping. Each of these steps are done in-house by our own research and development team, in very close collaboration with our customers, as well as vendors who are experts in each discipline.Implementation
This is the stage where most projects fail. We view it as the most important step, using the care and extreme attention to quality that we’re known for to nurture the solution with the customer all the way to production.
